Gradiente III invests in Hawai Italia s.r.l.
Padua, July 24, 2024. Second investment for the Private Equity fund Gradiente III, managed by Gradiente SGR, which has completed the investment in Hawai Italia s.r.l., a leading company in the creation of accessories for the world of fashion and technical footwear.
Founded in 1964 in San Giovanni Lupatoto (Verona), Hawai Italia has been able to develop and expand its business over the years thanks to a strong creative drive and the use of cutting-edge technologies. The company’s main strength lies in its strong capacity for innovation, which has allowed it to develop unique and revolutionary products over time. Thanks to its structures, divided into three specialized plants, the company is able to carry out the entire production process in full autonomy, from the design to the creation of the mold, to the manufacturing and aesthetic finishing phase. All this, combined with a strong customer orientation, has allowed Hawai Italia to consolidate its business over the years, establishing itself as a leading company in metal and plastic components for fashion and technical footwear.
“Hawai Italia is a state-of-the-art company that is able to combine the efficiency and flexibility of its production processes with constant attention to research and innovation to develop and create highly original and functional solutions at the same time. We are happy to undertake a project with the company that aims to seize the numerous and important growth opportunities offered by the sector, both through organic development and by integrating new functional realities to consolidate its role as a strategic and reliable partner for the most important groups active in the various product sectors of the footwear market”, comments the Gradiente team.
